Cordials

Belvoir real fruit cordials are made from fresh fruits, flowers and spices: dilute up to 1 to 10 with still or sparkling water for exquisite soft drinks. Delicious in cocktails or try adding a splash to a spritzer. They also are great for use in cooking, take a look at some of our recipes on our website.

Minimum order is 12 bottles plus a £5.00 carriage charge. Delivery is to UK Mainland only and will usually be within 10 working days. There is a surcharge for deliveries to Scotland except for EH and G postcodes and this will be shown on your invoice.

Organic Blood Orange & Mandarin Cordial
We've used the best Sicilian pressed blood orange juice to give this organic cordial a crisp refreshing taste with the zing of real mandarin juice. Delicious with still or sparkling water for a grown-up orangeade!

Elderflower Cordial 70cl
The delicate scented taste of our Elderflower Cordial comes from gently infusing hand-picked elderflowers with fresh lemon juice and natural spring water from the Vale of Belvoir. This treasured family recipe is also delicious in spritzers, gin and tonics and makes sublime sorbets and desserts.

Ginger Cordial 70cl
An old favourite, made with fresh root ginger (not flavourings) which we cook ourselves to get the real taste. Rich and spicy it makes great ginger beer with sparkling water and a toddy with hot water.

Winter Berries Cordials 70cl
A rich dark cordial made with real elderberry juice (supposed to be very good for colds and flu), blackberry and orange juices plus lots of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Makes a superb toddy like non-alcoholic mulled wine with hot water or a hot punch with rum!

Lime and Lemongrass Cordials 70cl
An aromatic blend of freshly-squeezed whole limes with a little home-made extract of fresh lemon grass which combine to give a wonderfully sharp refreshing cordial. It makes a heavenly cocktail with vodka and soda or simply adds sparkling water for a most original soft drink. Try adding a splash to Thai recipes or salad dressings.

Passion fruit and mango cordial 50cl
An exotic tropical taste made from real Passion Fruit juice and the best Mango juice from India. Mix with sparkling water for a delicious soft drink or with gin or vodka and tonic for a cocktail. It is delicious when mixed with sparkling wine or champagne for a "Buck's Fizz" and wonderful in all desserts especially soufflés and sorbets.

Raspberry and Rose Cordial 50cl
A mixture of real raspberry juice with all its refreshing fruity taste laced with the heady aroma of fresh rose petal extract from Turkey. Wonderfully exotic and best served long with ice or a few drops in a glass of Champagne or sparkling wine for a perfect summer kir.

Gooseberry and Mint Cordial 50cl
The crisp and fresh zippy taste of gooseberry juice is blended with fresh mint cooked on the farm for a truly natural minty taste which is gloriously zingy and refreshing.

Pomegranate and Raspberry 50cl
A fabulous blend of the new “superfruit” pomegranate juice which tastes dry and delicious with the lovely crisp taste of real raspberries. This cordial is great served with still water and lovely as a base for fruit salads. Wonderfully healthy and really delicious.

Organic Elderflower 50cl
Made from freshly picked organic elderflowers grown at Belvoir and fresh organic lemons, it is delicately scented and wonderfully refreshing. Dilute with still or sparkling water for delicious natural soft drinks with the hazy taste of summer. A few drops enlivens a gin or vodka and tonic and makes sensational spritzers with white wine. In cooking elderflower is extraordinarily versatile making wonderful sorbets and it can be used to add its distinctive taste to fools, mousses and pies made with rhubarb, apricots or gooseberries. Elderflower has been known for centuries as a herbal remedy for colds, hay fever and flu.

Organic Ginger 50cl
For this cordial we use fresh organic root ginger which is exceptionally strong and comes from Africa. We c'ook it to make our own extract and it gives a natural fresh ginger taste with real bite. Excellent diluted with sparkling water for Organic Ginger Beer or as a healthy toddy mixed with hot water. Add to whisky for a great "Whisky Mac" or to vodka for a wicked "Moscow Mule". The Organic Ginger Cordial also makes great desserts, cakes and biscuits.
